There are several events throughout the year that require the Full Support of the Trust Events Team and others where a Branch wishes to attend a particular venue which it thinks will benefit the restoration.

How it works.

        We have a selection of tents and display boards and some excellent display material.

The logistics are really quite simple.
At events where the Trust needs a definite presence we deliver everything to the site, erect the tent (if required) and assemble the display boards, and then we talk to the visitors.
Our aim is for no volunteer to spend more than two hours at a time on the display without a break.  The longer the event the more volunteers are needed.  It's not arduous, always different and can be very good fun.
 

For locally arranged events we will ensure that any equipment and display material that is required is available for collection at a pre-arranged time and we will also make sure it is booked back in safely.  It is advisable to book an event as early as possible to ensure that the equipment is reserved.
