Reading Water Festival
on the River Kennet
A rather
compact site along the river. The small marquee straddled the
footpath and visitors walk through all the tents. This made for an
unusual display layout but it worked out OK. The K&ACT and Reading
Council laid on a well organised event and there was plenty of
interest shown, although the need for the crowds to pass through did
mean that visitors did not tend to linger. This certainly an
event where we should maintain a presence.
